Smarter calls with AI and Elastic SIP
Zadarma now integrates with leading AI voice platforms — Retell AI, ElevenLabs, and VAPI. Calls can be routed straight to these virtual assistants, which can answer in queues, transfer conversations, or act as clever voicemail.
To back this up, Elastic SIP Trunk support has been added, giving businesses flexibility for both inbound and outbound calls.
Team collaboration made simple
In Teamsale CRM, built-in chats are now available, allowing teams to discuss tasks, clients, and leads right inside the platform. On the mobile side, the Android app gets CRM integration and Android 16 support, making customer management possible even on the go.
